Founding Partner - Operations

 

Having graduated from Johannesburg School of Art and Design, Philippa gained 4 years’ creative experience at Grey. Following this, she worked in packaging design for the SMS partnership before joining Tequila London as an art director.

In 1996, Philippa gave up her pencils and moved across to creative services, co-managing Absolut, Tequila’s creative department. Here she set up and managed all aspects of creative services, including an art buying department which assisted in the production of award-winning work. 

Philippa joined 23red in November 2001, taking the role of Managing Partner and Creative Services Director. She is responsible for creative processes, digital, print, art buying and creative planning, and has produced integrated campaigns for Ladbrokes.com, Sony PlayStation and Tizer, coordinating production across a wide range of media channels. Philippa has experience of working with both private and public sector clients, recently producing an award-winning print campaign for the Department of Health’s 5-a-day campaign.
