Channel 4 Sponsorship

Channel 4 needed a series of creative communications that drove awareness and interest in a range of upcoming sponsorship opportunities with key media buying decision-makers.

The purpose of the activity was to inform recipients of the different shows for which the sponsorships were available, the value and efficacy of the packages, and the next steps involved for interested parties.

We were tasked to look at three different opportunities:
  • The Big Bang Theory – the biggest show on E4, with the Series 6 launch attracting 2.3 million viewers
  • A bundle package for popular E4 programmes Fresh Meat and Misfits
  • The eagerly awaited launch of, the now hit TV show, Masters of Sex

The creative challenge here is driving cut-through amongst the audience on a cost effective budget. We developed a range of standout communications tailored to the tone of the programmes that caught the attention of the audience in interesting and entertaining ways, delivered via DM and email channels.

Final results naturally remain confidential, however all sponsorship packages were taken up at the asking price.
