Event management challenges don’t come much bigger than taking 65 of the world’s most important Castrol Distributors to a five day event at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Castrol Ambassador Club was created in 2009 to reward and recognise Castrol’s top performing, most valuable Distributors from around the world, with Summits built around the world’s greatest sporting events.

Ensuring every delegate had a successful and exciting experience at the London 2012 Olympic Games was the challenge Bray Leino took on.

Our integrated agency approach helped to produce a genuinely world-class event. Our digital team built and maintained a central website and developed an exclusive iPad app. Our creatives delivered sharp, insightful work on the theme of ‘Growing Together’.

For months before, and throughout the event, our Account team worked tirelessly with the Client to help plan and deliver every element of the five days, from the Sharing Sessions to the cultural experiences and attendance at the Olympics itself.

From day one, we delivered on every aspect from event production and stage design to contractor management and hotel liaison, with every memorable moment captured by our in-house AV team.

Like the Games themselves, the Ambassador Club event was a major success, with all 65 delegates returning to their respective countries energised and enthused about the Castrol brand.
