Krispy Kreme wanted to spread their sugary loveliness into Scotland, and planned to open their first ever store north of the border.

Our advice? People know what doughnuts are. They know the type of doughnuts you make. They just need to know, loud and clear, that Krispy Kreme is coming to Scotland – where and when.

Our 48 sheet poster campaign featured a killer image of a famous Scottish resident rendered in glazed dough.

The result? Three days of road chaos in Edinburgh as motorists queued for hours to get to the drive-thru store. And 5 million doughnuts sold in the first 6 months.
