When Best Buy launched in the UK we were charged with supercharging awareness of them as a consumer electronics retailer with committed customer service.

We used the welcoming Blueshirt staff as a highly branded embodiment of a very different attitude to service – ‘We Love What We Do’.

An integrated test campaign in selected store catchment areas showed up to 50% increases in awareness, 20% in footfall and 15% in revenue.
