The new multi-million brand campaign for Travelodge, featuring charming hand-crafted musical puppets and an infectious new strapline to demonstrate how staying at Travelodge isn’t just logical – it’s “Travelodgical”.

The campaign spans out-of-home, press, digital and
social as well as TV, the campaigns aims to relaunch the new Travelodge – raising awareness of what the brand has to offer after it invested millions of pounds to upgrade its hotels nationwide.

Using the same creative strategy with which CHI&Partners repitched and retained Travelodge earlier this year, the campaign stars playful puppets which quite literally make a song and dance about all the new Travelodge has to offer.

Shot in-camera without CGI, the puppets use a catchy melody to tell the story of why their human holiday-maker counterparts have taken the “Travelodgical” decision to stay at Travelodge.
