Shell Fuel Card Online transformation

Foolproof has been working as Shell’s experience design partner for a number of years to support in shaping its platforms, business processes and culture to reflect a more customer-centric approach. In this project we worked with Shell Commercial Fleet to re-design their Shell Card Online platform (SCOL)

Since going live, there has been a positive improvement to Shell's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and NPS scores, including a 15% increase in the number of fuel cards ordered and an 18% reduction in the number of calls Shell's customer service centre.

Our designs provided a base for the Shell team to build future releases and paved the road ahead for providing even greater value for customers.
