The challenge
Merlin Entertainments, a world leader in visitor attractions, host over 50 million visitors a year. Kindred was appointed to develop a corporate website that fully reflected their exciting portfolio of brands, ahead of a £3.5 billion stock market debut.

Audience insight
Investors and stakeholders would be the key users for the website, but it still needed to represent the company on a public level as well. This meant balancing the important financial and business news with the excitement and fun of the Merlin brand. As well as all the key figures and legal requirements, the site included an interactive map and a few fun animations – touches of the Merlin magic!

After a successful flotation, the new look and feel is now being rolled out across all Merlin brand sites.
