Simon joined McCann Manchester in 1998 and has worked at a senior level across a wide variety of the agency’s clients including Durex, Scholl, Sainsbury’s Finance and Magnet Kitchens. 

Simon has previously worked on a range of Public Sector accounts at McCann Manchester, heading up the Teacher Training Agency for almost 4 years, with responsibility for the development and implementation of both the advertising, direct marketing and media strategies. 

His work with the TTA won DMA Echo (Gold & Silver) in 2 respective years and Cannes Lion (Bronze). In addition, Simon led the team that created a brand and vision to enable the British Council to better market British Education abroad. 

Simon now heads up one of the agency’s biggest food and retail accounts, Aldi, leading a 34-strong team which provides a fully integrated marketing service for Aldi in the UK and Ireland.
