Marcus Hadfield

Marcus is a digital veteran and eCRM expert who has won 20 effectiveness awards in the last two years. After graduating from Newcastle University, he spent 12 years in integrated creative agencies before joining McCann Manchester from Meteorite, where he was head of the agency’s digital department and a business director across three core clients.
He is strongly opposed to digital ‘vanity projects’ that don’t deliver a return. His recent previous client experience includes Argos and Costa Coffee, as well as developing award-winning integrated work for Homebase.
Marcus’s thinking is grounded in strong, traditional channels and he is a firm believer in integration, data and response.
