Client: Pizza Hut

McCann Manchester has been appointed to work with Pizza Hut Delivery, following a four way pitch.

The agency has been charged with the creation of an integrated communications idea to help Pizza Hut Delivery with their continued dynamic expansion.

The relationship between Pizza Hut Delivery and its existing agencies will be unaffected by the appointment.

In December 2012 Pizza Hut Delivery announced that it is supporting an aggressive expansion plan with approximately £4.5m of incentives that will see the leading pizza delivery chain open a further 100 stores by 2014. This incentive will support a total investment of c£20m to realise the 100+ new outlets.

Commenting on the win, David Donaghue, Managing Partner at McCann Manchester said ‘We’re delighted to be working with such a fun and rapidly growing brand. We’re looking forward to helping Pizza Hut Delivery grow its top of mind awareness and strengthening its position in the pizza delivery market.'

Mark Fox, Managing Director, Yum! III (UK) Ltd, franchise owner for Pizza Hut Delivery in the UK said:
‘The launch of this campaign further builds on our desire to invest in and grow the Pizza Hut Delivery brand in the UK. McCann Manchester demonstrated passion, a great understanding of our business and the market, and the sort of brilliant creative thinking that is required to support us as we implement our growth and expansion plans .’
