The latest TV commercial for Aldi is set to be released by McCann Manchester this week.

The work represents the latest in a long running series of highly successful commercials developed by McCann Manchester.

The twenty second commercial aired on Sunday 24th March 2013 and is set to run across ITV, Channel 4 , Channel 5 and across digital channels.

The spot is part of Aldi’s overall ‘Like Brands’ strategy and focuses on the provenance and value of premium food items available over the Eater period.

McCann Manchester has previously developed a series of produce focused commercials to tie in with key trading periods such as Christmas and Easter.

Commenting on the new work, McCann Manchester Managing Partner Simon Buchanan said, “We’re aiming to demonstrate the incredible value and fantastic quality of produce available from Aldi over the Easter period and this commercial makes the food the star of the show. The work is the latest in the long running campaign we have developed for Aldi, which last year helped their business grow by more than 40% on an annualised basis and along the way secured more than fifteen national and international awards including an IPA Effectiveness Gold Award.”
