Telecoms networks appear to be a new commodity purchase. So how could Talk Talk Business appear different, increase its sales pipeline and improve its marketing ROI?

Solution 
We found their difference and developed their brand story. As the only ‘business only’ provider, TTB prioritise business traffic over residential, across their network. 

So, we developed ‘Business Grade’ a story to highlight this fact – brought to life through a range of campaigns around the ‘light writer’ – the ‘Banksy’ of the business world. 

Results 
One campaign achieved £1.3 million additional sales pipeline against a budget of £65,000.
