A premium estate agency group with 18 offices across central and South West London. They were perceived as reliable and with historically good service, but lacked the visibility of key competitors.
Hence, the key challenge to us was to differentiate the brand to generate more property listings.

Creating their Brand Story
Our Brand Story was built around making this ‘hidden’ strength of reliable and effective service visible in the marketplace. We developed the positioning – “Good to Know” – built around the silhouetted stag – which emphasized these qualities and differentiated D&G from competitors.

MSQ programme
The overall brand story was developed and communicated across multiple channels by the lead agency – The Gate – and then supported by our specialist agencies for digital CRM, retail design and customer journey analysis.

Our programme smashed their priority objective by achieving a 51% uplift in property instructions.
