Red Bee Media scored several successes at this year’s International Eyes & Ears Awards.

The team scooped two prestigious awards including Best On-Air Promotion Spot for Fiction Programme for BBC One drama, Luther, and the Eyes & Ears Special Prize for Creation for Art Revealed (BBC), one of only three special awards granted to honour outstanding overall achievements.

Red Bee Media was also awarded two special distinctions in the Best On-Air Promotion for Non-Fiction Programme category for its Glastonbury 2011 (BBC) and Art Revealed (BBC) campaigns.

The judges described Red Bee Media’s work as “compelling” and “impressive”, citing the company’s “perfect execution”.

This year, a total of 490 entries were submitted from 293 companies from 21 countries around the world. Now in its 13th year, the International Eyes & Ears Awards honours the year’s outstanding production achievements in the categories of ‘TV/Film/Media Design’, ‘Audio Design & Composition’, ‘Interactive Design, Promotion & Branding’ and ‘Promotion/Advertising/Image’.
