Andy joined Red Bee Media in 2002 and has overall responsibility for the Creative business division. In his time with the company he has led the team to commercial growth and success in the UK and across many global markets, establishing Red Bee Media’s reputation as leaders in the field of creating and promoting media brands across multiple platforms. Andy has personally led many successful pitches and high-profile brand development projects for clients including the ITV Network, the BBC and CCTV (China’s state broadcaster).

Andy has 20 years of experience working in the advertising industry, in both the UK and Australia, and has led teams on major brands including Heinz, Bass Brewers, Scottish Courage, Britvic and Weetabix. He spent 3 years in Sydney where he was Managing Director of leading creative agency The Campaign Palace, whose work included high-profile advertising for several major Olympic sponsors and multi-media work for Nokia across the Asia-Pacific region.

Andy has been a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences including the Media Guardian Edinburgh International TV Festival, European Broadcasting Union and Promax, having presented on TV brand strategy and creativity in London, Singapore, Dubai, Mumbai, Rome and Lucerne.
