Executive Creative Director
As Executive Creative Director, Charlie has overall creative responsibility for Red Bee Media’s output.
He has created ground breaking content for non-media brands including Bacardi, Ikea, Renault and the COI, and recent multi-platform promotional campaigns include work for FOX International, ABC Studios, The Hunting Moon campaign for Malaria No More, Comic Relief, BBC World and many more. He has overseen complex network re-brands for UKTV and the BBC, and international work for clients including CCTV, Discovery Networks, Canal+ and many other channels, from Russia and India to Portugal and Greece.
In his 15-year career in broadcast design and advertising, Charlie has won countless creative awards including over 30 Promax, Creative Circle, BTAA, Eyes and Ears and D&AD awards as well as a BAFTA nomination.
A former chair of industry body Promax UK, he has spoken widely on conference platforms around the world, and has been featured in several books including Broadcast Design (Daab) and the forthcoming BFI publication Ephemeral Media.
