Brand: London Business School

London Business School (LBS) wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the end-to-end student journey so they could create an enhanced experience to its current and prospect students.

Their ambition was to increase the conversion in the number of students enquiring to applying. We designed and built their website in line with its new brand identity. We also integrated a CRM personalisation system which creates relevant and personalised content to each user. The website is now easy to navigate with simple, structured content making the user journey of each student much easier and ultimately improving their experience of the site.
