British Gas were finding their customer engagement at an all time low with an ageing core customer base and a younger target audience that were becoming increasingly difficult to connect with.


In just three months and in collaboration with members of the British Gas team, we developed BG me (British Gas Mobile Energy) - a new mobile product that puts the power back in to the hands of the customer. The mobile app appealed to the younger audience as it provided them with a service that they need but at the convenience of having it on their smartphone.
