adidas asked Savvy to participate in a competitive pitch for Team GB to create a killer retail campaign in record time
The mission was to launch the new Team GB strip to the nation; the challenge was that we had less than 24 hours to crack the idea, for sign off by not only adidas, but the British Olympic Association and London Organising Committee of the Games. And it didn’t end there, because we would also have to activate the idea in retail stores across the country a mere 13 days later.
Savvy created three winning solutions that not only captured all the excitement and possibility of Team GB, but could be successfully rolled out across a range of retail environments from Harrods to JJB.
By balancing high impact with an understanding of the very different retailers’ needs, we demonstrated a market knowledge that was second to none. The decision to appoint us took less than an hour. After just three days, we had developed bespoke presentations for each retailer for sign off. Within five days, 327pieces of artwork had been Not only created, but also installed into 300 doors Nationwide.
