BRIEF

FullTilt wished to relaunch FullTilt.com to provide an improved multichannel user experience in tandem with a brand refresh and launch of a new casino offer. The key priority was to create and integrate a new ‘standalone’ casino proposition offering a distinct theme for presenting the FullTilt range of games and content.

 

INSIGHT AND APPROACH

We established the site’s key audience(s) and their priorities when visiting the site. This informed where the UX and presentation of the new Casino theme could be redeveloped for desktop and Mobile journeys to enhance the user experience and ultimately improve upon the sites Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

 

THE SOLUTION

Else used a combination of research and an expert led approach eliminating distractions and turning the volume up on key calls to action. A complete suite of fully realised wireframes developed into high fidelity designs were delivered for implementation by the in house development team. With this execution they would deliver an authentic, engaging experience and increase the efficacy of the product as a whole.
