The sharing economy has revolutionized the way we do business – for householders, Vrumi provides an additional source of income.

Vrumi enables anyone to hire out all or part of their home by the day and in doing so creates affordable workspaces for individuals or even companies looking for a change of location. 

As Vrumi prepared themselves for the next evolution — taking their service from London only to be rolled out across the country — they wanted to make some key improvements to the site experience for guests. Conversion was low so we set about improving the search/browse experience and better communicating the proposition.

Else conducted an expert review to find opportunities for how the service could be improved and guests could find the most suitable properties, quicker. 

What became clear was that the website was designed around location – perfect for the people who know what they want, but it needed to cater for people wishing to find properties based on a need. 

We focused on key screens across desktop and mobile and delivered a homepage, search results listings and property pages with a brand new look and feel.  

We worked closely with Vrumi’s developers to enhance the interactions and flows across the site and represent Vrumi as an open and professional service.
