We like to launch (or relaunch) brands, and are working with a number of different types of clients on this type of assignment, including airline, investment, insurance,
retail and media.
Our approach is to interrogate our client’s business, and the category we’re launching into, to identify the opportunity. And then with a strategic goal in mind, we go at it creatively, to explore different ways to deliver.
From the category perspective, we ask, what does the category offer people? Who are the competitors? Where is the category going? What are the rules of engagement? Which rules are ready to be challenged? Which audience(s) are ready for something new?
From the client perspective, we ask, what is their vision? What are their values? How does their product or service compare to the existing competitors, and why? What are the points of difference? How can they best disrupt the category and drive fame?
When we are confident that we have the right platform for launch, we explore the right type of creative ideas and channels to market. Ultimately, we are interested in deploying a highly engaging programme of activity across owned, earnt and bought media.
If the opportunity is there, we much prefer to work openly with our clients. Collaboration is a founding principle, and we strongly believe that putting the right stakeholders in the room together around the problem will always deliver the best results.
