Ed began his career at Saatchi & Saatchi working on accounts such as Hewlett Packard, Kodak and Guinness Africa as well as the charity sector for NSPCC and the Red Cross. After 4 years he left to join Leagas Delaney working mainly on the global adidas account and Barclays. In 2001 Ed set up a new agency, Malcolm Moore Deakin Blayze, leading them to high profile wins including the MTV European account. In 2003, Ed decided to take the learnings he had from both his large and small agency experience and set up The Minimart. Since then his creative experience includes Rubicon, Merrell, WaterAid and Macmillan.
