Dyslexic Sperm Bank

Client: Made By Dyslexia

Only 3% perceive dyslexia positively. But it actually has many benefits. Dyslexics often think creatively, laterally and differently. Which is why 100s of history’s most influential have dyslexia, like Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein and John Lennon.
The charity Made By Dyslexia wanted to change the world’s perception of dyslexia by championing its benefits.
So we launched the world’s first Dyslexic Sperm Bank. The message behind the pop-up sperm bank was that the world needs more dyslexics. The sperm bank was staffed by a dyslexia expert and contained catalogues and portraits of history’s successful dyslexics.
Richard Branson was so impressed with the idea that he became a permanent patron of the charity. The campaign was picked up by international news, reached 77 million and increased positive mentions of dyslexia by 66%.
