We know smart owners are impulsive people who enjoy the unexpected and unusual. After all, that’s why they bought a smart car. So we created a GPS-based smartphone app that encourages drivers to take an adventurous road trip in their smart and ‘get lost’.


Location-based technology pinpoints the driver’s location and uses it to suggest a randomly generated adventure. The driver then receives step-by-step directions via GPS to fun and exciting places that could be anything from Leeds Castle to a cupcake Museum.


It also encourages users to share their adventure with their friends via Facebook and on smart’s UK Facebook page. The app generated a lot of positive comments in social media. But then, we knew smart is one of very few brands whose customers would react well to being told to Get Lost.

Adventures taken: 5,200 and counting!
