The issue

Engage and educate consumers about Lucozade Sport’s new nutritional range.

 

The Insight

The reasons why consumers don’t buy into sports nutrition tends to be that they either don’t understand it, or they don’t believe it will aid their training. The simplest way to demonstrate the benefits is to place the product within the context of how and when the consumer would use it.

 

The idea

FitCoach, a microsite and iPhone app which provide best-in-class training plans to help achieve health and fitness goals. Workouts were created with leading fitness experts and the bespoke nutritional meal plans and advice were devised by Lucozade’s own sport scientists, which clearly identify when to consume Lucozade Sport products.
