FAQs

How will you propose the right operational model for our business?

It all begins with getting to know your current workflow, internal teams and supplier relationships, so we can identify any pain points. From there, we will discuss the potential alternatives be it, out-sourcing, in-housing, a bespoke combination, or fully internal expertise, and the ramifications of each of the options proposed. Once aligned internally, we will work with you to formulate a plan, to ensure the transition is smooth and causes minimal interference with your team’s day to day operations.

How can we effectively adjust our ways of working without damaging existing supplier relationships?

Collectively our team have decades of experience in managing existing supplier relationships and are very mindful of treading carefully, so as not to disrupt scheduled work being released, or causing morale to drop. We often find that sharing a transparent objective view leads to an open dialogue, resulting in a positive outcome for both parties.

Do you have any standard pricing for consultancy?

No two clients are the same, so all our pricing is bespoke and tailored to your individual needs; our fee is dependent on a number of factors like how many territories, brands or stakeholders will be involved, how much involvement you would like us to have and the overall duration of our work with you.

An exploratory consultation is free, so if you are keen to know how we may be able to support your organisation, please let us know and we will be delighted to set up a call. You can reach us by emailing support@thehaystackgroup.com

What do we need to get started?

An open mind, an ambition for the future and a desire for change! From a practical perspective, we value an understanding of what has driven you to look for an alternative way of managing your marketing output, together with a clear understanding of your current workflow and who should be involved in the change management and decision making processes. We can help you get to clarity on all of this and from there start to map out a way forward to a more efficient and effective operating structure.
