The marketing communications supply-chain is evolving faster than ever.

Who We Are

Hay/stack is a marketing consultancy with over 15 years experience helping brands adjust the ways in which they work with their marketing suppliers to increase transparency, creative collaboration and monitor performance.

Our role is to understand our client’s organisational structure, together with their brand ethos and internal culture. From there, we can identify the best operational model for you (Out-source, In-house, Implant or Open-source), which agencies or talent to work with and support you in setting up the framework for effective and efficient engagement that’s also commercially feasible.

Whenever you need a new agency, or wish to supplement the skills you already have, simply contact us. We will be delighted to explore the many ways in which we can help you.

Clarity.

Whichever consultative model we are using to support you, we start by getting into a position where we are all really clear about the challenge being addressed and the benefits that are being sought.

Simplicity.

We develop a simple process to make sure we are working as efficiently as possible, without cutting corners and without losing track of the vital aspects of the programme. Our project management keeps track of what needs to be done and makes sure it is addressed at the right time.

Speed.

In today’s environment, there is no excuse for not moving at pace. It is as important to the internal motivation of your teams as it is to ensure you are taking steps to get ahead of the competition. We move swiftly through each project, making sure things run efficiently, whilst keeping the benefits in sight and the whole programme under control.
